Community Profile
The community consists of 777 single family homes and townhomes, two spacious clubhouses, three swimming pools, elegant entrances and beautiful landscaping.

In this website, you will find useful documents, commonly asked questions, contact info, and a calendar of events.

We have also included a resident-only forum for sharing issues with the community.

 

The Kendall Breeze Property Management Team

 

 

The Association employs a full-time licensed property manager to oversee the community:

Rita Rad, CAM (rita@kendallbreezehoa.org) brings years of experience to our Association. As the Property Manager, Ms. Rad oversees all Association-related matters as well as providing guidance to the Board of Directors.

 

 

 
 

 

The other member of our onsite staff is Nathalie Arbelaez. She has the role of the Assistant to the Property Manager. You can contact Nathalie at nathalie@kendallbreezehoa.org.
