BREAKING NEWS! In response to overwhelming requests for a change in how Kendall Breeze handles our Association Fees and Accounting procedures, the Board of Directors unanimously approved two major changes in 2007:

Kendall Breeze changed banks in 2007. One of the biggest justifications for this change is the variety of payment options that are available to our homeowners.

As of January 1, 2007, Gables Professional Management will no longer be the accounting vendor for Kendall Breeze Homeowners' Association. This function is being taken over by the accounting firm of Michael K. Fish, CPA, P.A. Mr. Fish brings to KB years of experience in accounting with a large focus on Homeowner Associations. Expectations that were set include improved communications, faster response times, improved and clearer invoicing, and consistent information flow between Mr. Fish's office and our onsite staff.
