- What is the speed limit in Kendall
Breeze?
The limit in the Kendall
Breeze community is 15 MPH. Failure of
homeowners to obey speed limits will result
in permission given by the Kendall
Breeze Homeowner's Association Board of
Directors to the Miami-Dade Police force to
enter the Kendall Breeze community and
monitor speeds throughout the streets in the
property and issue citations.
- Can I park my car on the local
street in front of my house?
You
are allowed to park your vehicle either in
your driveway or in a designated parking
area that are located throughout the Kendall
Breeze property. Vehicles parked in the
street are subject to ticketing and towing.
- Are Commercial Vehicles allowed to
be parked in Kendall Breeze?
No. Unless the vehicle is on the property
performing a service, Commercial Vehicles
are strictly prohibited. This includes ALL
commercial vehicles, regardless of
signs/logos being covered or removed.
Violators will be stickered, fined, and
possibly towed, all at the owner's expense.
- Can I park my car on Common Area
Grass?
No vehicles may be parked
on Common Area grass at any time, or for any
reason Any vehicles parked on Common Area
grass are subject to being stickered,
ticketed, and towed, at the owner's expense.
- I witnessed acts of vandalism in
the community, what can I do?
You are encouraged to report any suspicious
or deliberate acts in the Kendall Breeze
community. You can do three things -

Call the Association (305)259-3224 and report the
incident of vandalism to Rita Rad. All
information provided to our staff will be kept
confidential.
PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS OF MINOR
CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF VANDALISM AND
WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR
THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DAMAGES
TO THE KENDALL BREEZE COMMUNITY. !!!!!VANDALS WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEY
ARE CAUGHT!!!!! THIS IS YOUR COMMUNITY. REPAIRS WILL
ULTIMATELY COME OUT OF THE HOMEOWNER'S
POCKET UNLESS VANDALS ARE REPORTED AND
HELD ACCOUNTABLE…….
